Happisburgh Lighthouse

Report from Firefox

Following a beautifully hot sunny day, Firefox, Crowolf, and Orb Queen, along with two guest photographers travelled out to Happisburgh and arrived with bright sunshine but a cooling breeze to greet us. In contrast, stepping into the Lighthouse we found it to be dim and very cool.

Crowolf felt the atmosphere inside the lighthouse was very active and this proved to be correct when after a short time, a male spirit attempted to make contact through Firefox. We were able to identify that this spirit was from the village of Happisburgh, not directly connected to the lighthouse. He had been hung, with four ropes being used deliberately to make the death very slow and painful. We were not able to identify what his ‘crime’ had been.

On the landing near the top of the lighthouse, Crowolf and Firefox made contact with a young boy spirit along with his grandfather. Both the young boy and his grandfather were connected to the lighthouse, working there in 1800 /1801. The grandfather had lit the candles during this time, but had lost his job when the lighthouse ceased using the candles. The young boy had died of a polio related disease. They both visited the lighthouse because they loved the times they had spent together there.

Orb Queen and one of the guest photographers visited the basement of the lighthouse which was very dark, and very cold. The energies here were very strong and Orb Queen connected with a group of five fishermen. Laughter and good camaraderie was felt. Sitting quietly for a while in the basement, clear sounds of banging metal and movements upstairs were heard on the ground floor – on checking these out, no-one was found to be on the ground floor.

Towards the end of the evening the whole group spent some time in the basement. Feeling the very strong energies present, we were anticipating an exciting conclusion to the night. We saw very tiny bright lights move in front of us, Firefox and Orb Queen experienced heat and tingling to their shoulders and arms, at this point a further male spirit presence was identified. We were able to identify that this male spirit had been seriously injured by his arm being trapped in rocks, later having to be amputated. One of our guest photographers had a sensation of wearing a heavy helmet, his head felt very heavy and uncomfortable.

Photographs from the evening proved to be very interesting with one orb in the basement, but lots outside the doorway of the lighthouse.

This was witnessed being taken by 4 others and there was no mist or anyone smoking, it was by an old water pump. Copyright of cameraman Neil BPS
